ABSTRACT
The Vietnamese territory in general and the Gianh River basin in particular are greatly affected by climate
change. This will directly change the meteorological factors in the basin and affect the flow of the river basin
as well as water demand for economic sectors. Therefore, research to forecasting water levels is very urgent.
