This article analyzes the impacts of the 4.0 industrial revolution on training orientation at Vinh University of Technical Education. It leads to changes in school administration and the professionalization requirements as well as the ability of teachers to apply information technology. As a result, the author also offers some solutions to improve the quality at Vinh University of Technical Education to provide high quality human resources for the country.
