Within the scope of research, the article has studied the current status of professional group management in secondary schools in Tan Chau town, An Giang province in terms of the awareness of managers and teachers about the importance of of professional group activities in secondary schools in Tan Chau town, An Giang province; Manage planning and implementation of professional group activity plans at secondary schools in Tan Chau town, An Giang province; Manage forms of implementing professional training in secondary schools in Tan Chau town, An Giang province; Current status of conditions to ensure the activities of professional groups in secondary schools in Tan Chau town, An Giang province; Current status of inspection and supervision of professional group activities in secondary schools in Tan Chau town, An Giang province. The research results are the basis for proposing measures to improve the effectiveness of professional group activities in secondary schools in Tan Chau town, An Giang province.
