Based on an assessment of the current status of the teaching staff and the development efforts for middle school teachers in Can Duoc district, Long An province, this study identifies strengths and limitations. These findings serve as the foundation for proposing measures to develop the teaching staff in middle schools, thereby contributing to the improvement of education quality in the current period.
