In the current context, when the goal set by our Party in the 13th Party Congress is: "arousing the desire to develop a prosperous and happy country, promoting the will and strength of great national unity." combined with the strong power of the times, continuing to deeply research, exploit, and creatively apply the values in Ho Chi Minh's thought on great national unity is a task has important theoretical and practical significance.
