Abstract: Developing a team of professional team leaders is one of the important tasks of the principals of junior high schools in general and of junior high chools in Rach Gia city in particular. Through the theoretical research base on the development of the team of professional team leaders, the study and assessment of the current situation of the professional team leaders and the assessment of the current situation of the development of the professional team leaders in junior high schools in Rach Gia city. From the above bases, the study proposes a number of measures to develop the team of professional team leaders in order to improve the management efficiency of professional activities in junior high schools.
