Abstract: The professional capacity of preschool teachers is a combination of knowledge, skills and attitudes of teachers in professional activities to ensure that preschool teachers effectively carry out child care and education activities in preschools. On the basis of assessing the current state of professional capacity development for preschool teachers in Dong Xoai city, Binh Phuoc province, the article proposes measures to develop professional capacity for preschool teachers, contributing to improving the quality of preschool teachers in particular, the quality of preschool education in Dong Xoai city in general.
