Abstract: Following many years of changes, the national English high school graduation exam is now relatively stable in form and strucutre. The test offers a lot of vocabulary questions to test students’ vocabulary through different types of questions such as finding synonyms, antonyms or finding mistakes related to vocabulary. If students have a way to learn vocabulary according to the requirements of the test, they will be able to review better and do the test more effectively. In this article, the author suggests a sample of vocabulary log to learn new words to help students have a good foundation to prepare for the national high school English exam.
