Abstract: The flipped classroom model is a combination teaching method that has obtained the benefit in education and training. This model has become a necessary trend in education and training. In this article, we analyse the theoretical basis and the benefit between the flipped classroom and the traditional classroom. From these, we propose the procedure for combining the flipped classroom with the hoctructuyen.dthu.edu.vn system and the information tools for the online teaching activities. Using this model can increase the efficiency of the online teaching activity at DongThap University
