In addition to the results achieved in archival activities, so far, Hanoi University of Home Affairs (HUHA) is still limited in the application of information technology in terms of organization, management and implementation. , deploying activities to digitize archives such as: Resources for digitizing archives are both insufficient and weak; Regulations on archival work are not specific and clear in the implementation process; The act of collecting and digitizing archival documents has not been carried out annually; Part of the archives has not been scientifically organized; The technology of digitizing information and archival documents has not yet been applied to the preservation and organization, exploitation and use of natural resources. The article points out some weaknesses in the archiving activities of HuHa, thereby proposing a number of professional solutions to complete the digitization of archives.
