The aesthetic value ladder of a nation is expressed in many aspects, such as economics, politics, culture, and society. Among them, art in general and traditional music forms in particular are the most condensed and easily recognizable. Discussing music and orienting the cultural values hidden in music is not a simple thing, especially for young people living and being influenced by today’s complex cultural space. Therefore, analyzing and proposing some measures to help the young generation in general and Tra Vinh University students in particular access and improve their understanding of the cultural values within traditional music is something very necessary.
