Political and ideological education is a content and task of party work. Political work contributes to building the qualities of worldview, ideals, beliefs... At the same time, it helps each cadre Ministries and party members are clearly aware of the Party's political and military guidelines and the task of building the army in the new situation. Political and ideological education for cadres and party members is organized and conducted closely and consistently at grassroots units throughout the army to equip a system of knowledge, socio-political understanding, and foster Nurturing political emotions and attitudes, serving as a basis for building and training necessary political qualities to meet task requirements. From practice, the article proposes solutions to improve the quality of political and ideological education for officers and soldiers in grassroots units in the army today.
