Proposed research model of factors affecting lectures’ scientific research

Abstract
Lecturers in higher education institutions have two main tasks: teaching and scientific research, so it can be said that scientific research is an important activity throughout the lecturer's educational career. This article proposes a research model of factors affecting scientific research of lecturers. Based on published theories and related works, the author builds and proposes a model of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with 3 groups of factors: factors outside higher education institutions, factors inside higher education institutions and factors belonging to lecturers themselves affect the scientific research of lecturers.
