Evaluation criterias of high quality human resource development

Abstract

    Vietnam is gradually changing itself to develop strongly in the trend of comprehensive international integration. However, the reality shows that, over the past 30 years of Renew Period, the economic achievements which our country has achieved are still mainly based on exploitation of natural resources, investment capital and unskilled labor resources - labor resources "cheap". Therefore, it is important to develope the human resources and systematize high quality human resource development evaluation criteria. This article will analyse high quality human resource development evaluation criteria, including general evaluation criteria and specific evaluation criteria.
