Abstract

This article refers to the problem of building a framework of leading and management competence for school managers in order to meet requirements of the general education program 2018 based on the framework of leading and management competence in public administration sector. This competence framework can be applied in the recruitment, training, retraining, evaluation and appointment of educational managers have adequate competencies and quality for meeting the requirements of educational renovation in the new context
